What iCare is

iCare is a wearable frequency-support platform built around two components: a flexible felt pad with dual embedded copper coils, and the iCare mobile app that runs on your phone. The phone drives electrical waveforms down through the audio output, into the pad, where the coils convert those waveforms into a low-intensity PEMF magnetic field. That field delivers Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) frequency pairs — the same A-channel / B-channel logic used in clinical FSM — without direct skin contact or current flow through the body.

Because the delivery is magnetic rather than electrical, the pad doesn’t require conductive gel, electrodes, or careful placement. You wear it under clothing, through a shirt, or tucked into a pillow while you sleep. During onboarding, Max loads the Foundational Frequency programs onto your device and walks you through how to use them — the full library that supports core wellness systems. Any goal-specific or condition-specific programming is handled through a separate clinical consultation at DocereVita, where it belongs.

Important distinction

iCare is not a dual-channel microcurrent device. It delivers FSM frequency pairs through a PEMF field. This distinction matters for how it compares to clinical FSM devices like CustomCare, and it’s why contraindications follow the same framework used in clinical FSM practice. Read more in FSM via PEMF.

Why people choose iCare

Most people who end up with an iCare have tried other approaches first — acupuncture, supplements, various biohacking devices — and are looking for something that works while they sleep, without requiring them to schedule, sit still, or remember to do a session. Four things tend to draw them to iCare specifically.

01

Works any time of day

Run your protocols at your desk, while reading, during a stretching session, or overnight while you sleep. The pad is designed to be worn under clothing, so it fits into whatever you’re already doing without interrupting it.

02

Practitioner-loaded Foundational programs

Max loads a complete set of Foundational Frequency programs onto your device during onboarding — protocols that support core wellness systems the body relies on every day. You’re not figuring out which frequencies to buy or load yourself.

03

No direct current, no electrodes

Because delivery is through a PEMF magnetic field, there’s no current flowing into your skin. No gel, no pads, no contact points. You wear it like any other clothing layer.

04

App-driven and quiet

The iCare app handles everything — protocol selection, duration, sequencing. The pad itself is silent and has no moving parts. Put your phone on airplane mode and you’re set.

What you can run on it — Foundational Frequency programs

Every iCare order through Resonance Health Hub comes pre-loaded with a curated set of Foundational Frequency programs — protocols designed to support the systems that underpin overall wellness, not symptom-chasing one-offs. These programs run directly on your iCare pad through the app and make up the complete library you’ll have access to at onboarding. Any programming beyond the Foundational set — goal-specific, condition-specific, or tailored to lab findings — is handled through a separate clinical consultation with Max, which establishes medical records and informs the personalized programming under supervision of DocereVita’s clinical team.

01

Cellular support

Frequency pairs traditionally used in FSM for mitochondrial support and intracellular communication — the foundation that everything else builds on.

02

Nervous system regulation

Protocols oriented toward autonomic balance — shifting out of sympathetic overdrive and into a parasympathetic state where the body repairs and resets.

03

Vagus nerve support

Dedicated sequences targeting the vagus nerve specifically — the main communication highway between your brain and your gut, heart, and immune system.

04

Circulation support

Programs that focus on blood flow and vascular tone, supporting the delivery of oxygen and nutrients through the body’s tissues.

05

Emotional balance

Frequency pairs drawn from FSM’s emotional support category — designed to support the body’s felt-sense regulation around stress, overwhelm, and mood.

06

Fascia support

Protocols targeting the body-wide connective tissue matrix — fascia being one of the most responsive tissues to frequency-based signals in FSM practice.

07

Detoxification organ support

Sequences that support the liver, kidney, and lymphatic systems — the body’s primary routes for processing and clearing metabolic byproducts.

How these fit together

The Foundational programs are designed to be stacked and sequenced rather than run in isolation. During onboarding, Max walks through how the programs relate to each other, suggested starting combinations, how to sequence them across a typical week, and when to rotate. The goal is a sustainable wellness-support routine you can run confidently on your own. Anything beyond the Foundational library — goal-specific or condition-specific programming — requires a clinical consultation at DocereVita.

How it works

Person holding the iCare device in their hand, showing the compact form factor during everyday use.
The pad is compact enough to hold in one hand — and worn under clothing, through a shirt, or tucked beside you while you rest.

The mechanism is straightforward once you see it broken into steps. The phone’s audio output, normally used to drive headphones, instead drives the pad’s copper coils. Each coil generates a low-intensity magnetic field oscillating at whatever frequency the app is playing. FSM uses frequency pairs — one frequency targeting a tissue type, another targeting a physiological condition — and the app runs both simultaneously through the two channels.

  1. Your phone runs the iCare app with a protocol sequence loaded by Max during your onboarding session.
  2. The phone’s audio jack connects to the pad via a standard 3.5mm cable and the audio adapter that’s included with your iCare order.
  3. Copper coils inside the pad receive the audio waveform and translate it into a PEMF magnetic field.
  4. You wear the pad over clothing, under clothing, or beside you while resting — the field passes through fabric without issue.
  5. The protocol runs for a defined duration (typically 30–90 minutes per sequence), then ends automatically.

The iCare app also supports sequential grouping — several protocols stitched together to run overnight — so your device can move through a sequence of frequency pairs while you sleep without any input from you.

Phone in airplane mode

For best results, run the app with your phone on airplane mode. This prevents interruptions from notifications and limits ambient EMF exposure during the session. The protocol runs fine without any network connection once it’s loaded.

What’s included when you order through Max

iCare through Resonance Health Hub isn’t just a device purchase. It’s a package built around the reality that frequency-based wellness support works best inside a practitioner relationship — one that can calibrate your starting protocols, answer questions in week two when something feels different, and adjust as your picture evolves.

Your iCare order includes

Device + practitioner onboarding bundled

  • iCare pad and all accessories The flexible felt pad with dual copper coils, audio cable, and quick-start guide — plus the right audio adapter for your phone, included at no extra cost. Shipped directly to you from iCare.
  • 40-minute onboarding session with Max Live video call to set up the app, load your starting protocols, walk through daily use, and answer your questions. Scheduled after your device arrives.
  • Foundational Frequency programs loaded for you A complete set of protocols targeting core wellness systems — cellular support, nervous system regulation, vagus nerve support, circulation, emotional balance, fascia support, and detoxification organ support. Loaded onto your device at onboarding and ready to run.
  • Device troubleshooting during onboarding Answers to any setup, app, or operation questions that come up during our 40-minute call. You leave with a working device and a clear understanding of how to use it day to day.
  • Referral pathway to a clinical consultation with Max If you want goal-specific or condition-specific programming layered on top of the Foundational set, that happens through a separate clinical consultation with Max. This establishes medical records and informs personalized programming under supervision of DocereVita’s clinical team — the context that makes individualized protocols appropriate and safe. That pathway is separate from this device purchase.
Third-party subscription — paid directly to iCare, not to Resonance Health Hub

iCare requires an active app subscription with the device manufacturer to function — this is how the device receives protocols from your phone. The subscription is $15 per month (or a discounted annual rate if you prefer yearly billing) and is paid directly to iCare/AshNu Tech, not to Resonance Health Hub. This is a required ongoing cost to use your device after purchase, separate from the one-time purchase through me. I’ll walk through subscription setup during your onboarding call.

Who iCare is for

iCare isn’t the right tool for everyone. Some people are better served by a clinical FSM device under direct practitioner treatment; others find Infopathy’s platform more flexible because of its wider IC library. Here’s the honest version of who fits and who might want to look at something else first.

iCare is a good fit if

  • You want frequency support you can run any time of day — at your desk, while reading, during rest, or overnight
  • You’re comfortable working with a practitioner remotely
  • You’ve already tried basic supports (sleep, movement, nutrition) and want to add a targeted layer
  • You have specific wellness goals you can articulate — general fatigue, recovery support, musculoskeletal maintenance, etc.
  • You’re willing to wear a pad during rest or sleep
  • You use an iPhone or Android phone with a working audio output

Consider something else if

  • You want clinical-grade direct-current FSM — CustomCare may fit better
  • You want a larger IC library and multi-modal delivery — Infopathy may fit better
  • You have any of the contraindications listed below
  • You’re looking for a quick fix without practitioner involvement
  • You want pre-programmed protocols with no customization — Vibe PEMF is designed for that

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a patient of yours to buy an iCare?

No — you don’t need to be enrolled in functional medicine care to buy iCare. The onboarding session is structured specifically around iCare device use: Foundational program loading, app walkthrough, and day-to-day operation. If you later want goal-specific or condition-specific programming — or broader clinical work like labs, comprehensive intake, or treatment planning — that happens through a separate clinical consultation with Max, under the clinical supervision of DocereVita’s team. It’s a distinct pathway, not bundled into the device purchase.

What does the 40-minute onboarding session cover?

We meet by video call once your device arrives. The session covers: installing and setting up the iCare app, pairing it with your pad, loading the complete Foundational Frequency library onto your device, walking through how the programs work and how to sequence them, how to wear the pad for best results, and Q&A on anything that’s come up from the manual. You leave the call with a working device, the full Foundational library loaded, and a clear starting routine. If you want programming beyond the Foundational set, that happens separately through a clinical consultation at DocereVita.

How long does shipping take?

iCare ships directly to you from the manufacturer, typically within 5–10 business days of your order. I’ll confirm the exact timeline after your order clears and schedule your onboarding session for after the device arrives.

Is this a one-time purchase or are there ongoing fees?

The order through me is a one-time purchase — it covers the iCare device and the 40-minute onboarding session, with nothing ongoing paid to Resonance Health Hub.

There is, however, a required app subscription paid directly to iCare (the device manufacturer) to use the platform. This is $15/month or a discounted annual rate, billed monthly or yearly at your choice, and is required for the device to function — it’s how you access the protocol library on your phone. This subscription is separate from your purchase through me, and you manage it directly with iCare after your device is activated. I’ll walk through the subscription setup during your onboarding call so you know exactly what you’re signing up for and how to manage it.

Any goal-specific or condition-specific programming beyond the Foundational library happens through a separate clinical consultation with Max — a distinct decision and a distinct cost, not a recurring fee on this purchase.

Can iCare replace my FSM treatments with a practitioner?

No — and this is important. iCare is a home support tool, not a replacement for in-person clinical FSM. Clinical FSM uses direct dual-channel microcurrent at higher intensities, placed precisely on the body with conductive contacts, under practitioner observation. iCare delivers the same frequency pairs via a lower-intensity PEMF field, without direct contact, for self-use. Both have a role. Think of iCare as extending your frequency support into the hours you’re not in the treatment room.

What phones does iCare work with, and do I need to buy an adapter?

iCare works with any iPhone or Android phone that has a working audio output. Since most modern phones no longer have a built-in headphone jack, iCare connects to your phone through a small audio adapter (sometimes called a “dongle”).

The right audio adapter is included with your order at no extra cost. When you tell me your phone make and model, I’ll make sure the correct adapter ships with your device — so when your iCare arrives, you’ll have everything you need to use it.

For reference, here’s what each phone type uses:

  • iPhone 7 through iPhone 14: Apple Lightning-to-3.5mm adapter
  • iPhone 15 or newer: USB-C-to-3.5mm adapter
  • Android with USB-C port (most phones from 2018 onward): USB-C-to-3.5mm adapter
  • Older phone with a built-in headphone jack: No adapter needed

You don’t need to source one yourself — it ships with your iCare.

Can I use iCare during the day, or only overnight?

Both. Overnight use is the most common pattern because the device is passive and works while you rest, but many people also run shorter protocols during the day — during work, while reading, or while sitting still. The pad is designed to be worn under clothing, so daytime use is unobtrusive.

What happens if I have a problem with my device after onboarding?

Device-level issues (hardware defects, cable problems, app malfunctions) are handled by iCare’s support team directly — they’re the manufacturer and have a standard warranty process. I can help point you to the right contact, but the warranty and repair work sits with them. For frequency programming questions or anything that’s shifted since onboarding, the appropriate next step is a clinical consultation with Max — that’s where additional programming and personalized protocol work happens, with medical records and DocereVita’s clinical supervision behind it.

How is iCare different from Infopathy?

Both are part of the broader Infopathy ecosystem, but they serve different roles. iCare is a single wearable pad designed for passive, overnight FSM frequency delivery. Infopathy is a multi-modal platform with three IC delivery types (Imprint, PEMF, Audible) and a much larger library covering herbals, nutraceuticals, and custom protocols. Many people use both — iCare for overnight support, Infopathy for daytime protocols and water imprinting. A full comparison is at iCare vs Infopathy.

What if I hear a buzzing sound from the phone during a session?

A sound coming through the phone speaker during a running protocol usually indicates a poor connection at the audio jack or adapter. Stop the protocol, unplug and re-seat the cable, check the dongle connection, and restart. If the issue persists, contact me — it’s usually a simple cable or adapter fix.

What’s the refund policy?

The device portion follows iCare’s standard manufacturer return policy — typically a 14-day window for unopened devices. Once the device is opened and registered to your app, it is considered used and non-returnable per iCare’s policy. I’ll confirm the exact current terms before your order is finalized.

The form below screens for contraindications, collects your shipping and goals information, and — if everything clears — reveals pricing and the payment option on the confirmation screen. This isn’t a hard sell; it’s a safety check. FSM and PEMF signals interact meaningfully with some medical conditions and devices, and the screening exists so we both know you’re a good fit before any transaction happens.

What to expect: 3–4 minutes to complete. If any contraindication flags, the form will pause and show a contact option instead of a price — please reach out to me directly and we can talk through whether a modified approach makes sense, or whether iCare simply isn’t the right tool for your situation.

Contraindications

iCare follows the same contraindication framework as clinical FSM. Even though the field intensity is low and there is no direct current contact, the underlying principle applies: any device that delivers electromagnetic signals to the body warrants the same caution as direct-current FSM. These are non-negotiable and are embedded in the order form as a safety gate before any pricing appears.

Do not use iCare if any of the following apply
  • Pacemakers or any implanted electronic device
  • Pregnancy
  • Active cancer — any type, any stage
  • Organ transplant recipients
  • Active infection
  • Insulin-dependent diabetes — do not place the pad over the pancreatic region
  • Seizure history or epilepsy
  • Cochlear implants or other neural stimulators
  • Uncontrolled atrial fibrillation
If you are unsure whether a condition applies to you, do not proceed with the order form. Contact me directly and we can talk it through. These contraindications are not a bureaucratic formality — they exist because FSM and PEMF signals can interact meaningfully with other electrical systems in the body, including devices, implants, and physiological states. Safety is the baseline, not an obstacle.
