1. General Wellness Disclaimer

Effective 04/16/2026. Resonance Health Hub LLC (“the Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a health education and wellness information resource. The content published on this website — including but not limited to articles, guides, device descriptions, protocol packages, and all other written materials — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this website constitutes, replaces, or should be interpreted as medical advice, clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or a practitioner-patient relationship of any kind. The information presented here is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified, licensed healthcare professional who is familiar with your individual health history, conditions, and circumstances.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, illness, injury, or medical condition. Wellness devices and modalities described on this website are discussed in an educational context only. Any decision to use a wellness device, supplement, protocol, or approach described on this website should be made in consultation with your licensed healthcare provider.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency:

Call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on this website for emergency guidance of any kind.

By accessing and using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer. You assume full responsibility for how you use the information provided here.

2. FDA General Wellness Positioning Statement

Resonance Health Hub LLC operates as a general wellness information resource. The wellness devices described on this website — including but not limited to microcurrent devices, pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) devices, photobiomodulation devices, and information medicine platforms — are discussed in the context of general wellness support, not as medical devices intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Device classification context

Where devices referenced on this website hold FDA clearances or classifications (for example, PEMF devices cleared for bone healing under 21 CFR), those classifications are noted accurately and cited in context. The existence of an FDA classification for one indication does not imply FDA clearance for all uses described.

Devices described as “wellness devices” on this website are positioned consistent with the FDA’s General Wellness Policy (issued January 20, 2015, updated September 27, 2016), which describes low-risk general wellness products intended to promote a healthy lifestyle and are not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, prevent, or mitigate any disease or condition.

iCare, CustomCare, HoweRT, and Precision Distributing devices

CustomCare devices manufactured by Microcurrent Technologies and distributed by Precision Distributing, Inc. are FDA 510(k) cleared microcurrent devices, CE Mark certified, ISO 13485 certified, and Health Canada approved. They are cleared under the TENS device classification (Class II) and are indicated for pain management consistent with that classification.

HoweRT Micro-Sport devices are FDA 510(k) cleared microcurrent electrical stimulation units, indicated for pain use. Home and personal use of HoweRT devices requires a practitioner prescription.

The iCare PEMF Platform is a wellness device. It is not an FDA-cleared medical device and makes no treatment claims.

FDA 510(k) clearance means a device has been determined to be substantially equivalent to a legally marketed predicate device and is cleared for sale. It is not the same as FDA “approval,” which applies to drugs and certain high-risk devices through the Premarket Approval (PMA) pathway. Clearance for a TENS device classification does not imply clearance or approval for uses beyond pain management as defined by that classification.

Practitioners who prescribe or dispense these devices are responsible for their own clinical scope of practice and regulatory compliance within their jurisdiction.

3. Affiliate Disclosure (FTC-Compliant)

FTC requirement:

Federal Trade Commission guidelines (16 CFR Part 255) require clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connections between endorsers and the companies whose products they discuss. This section fulfills that requirement.

Resonance Health Hub LLC participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that when you click certain links on this website and make a purchase, we may earn a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships currently in place

The following companies have affiliate or referral relationships with Resonance Health Hub LLC at the time of publication. This list is updated as relationships change.

  • Infopathy — IC platform devices and subscription
  • Kineon — Move+ Pro red and near-infrared light therapy device
  • Vielight — transcranial and intranasal photobiomodulation devices
  • Vibe PEMF — wearable PEMF devices
  • Mayu Water — vortex water structuring products
  • Earthing / grounding products (via affiliate program)

Direct sales — iCare PEMF Platform

Resonance Health Hub LLC sells the iCare PEMF Platform Bundle directly to clients through Max’s practitioner pathway. This is not an affiliate relationship — Resonance Health Hub LLC is the seller. The bundle includes the iCare device, accessories, and a 40-minute onboarding session with Max Fuller during which foundational frequency programs are loaded for the client. Resonance Health Hub LLC purchases iCare units at wholesale and sells them at retail; we earn a margin on each sale. No iCare pricing is listed publicly on this website; pricing is shared during inquiry, after a contraindication screening.

Resonance Health Hub LLC operates a Referral Partner Program for the iCare bundle. Approved Referral Partners — including practitioners, coaches, content creators, and individuals with relevant audiences — may earn a fixed referral fee of $60 per Qualifying Purchase when a buyer identifies them by name on our intake or order form. The price you pay as a buyer is the same whether or not you were referred. Referral Partners are independent contractors and are required to clearly disclose their financial relationship with Resonance Health Hub LLC whenever they recommend the iCare bundle, in accordance with FTC Endorsement Guides.

Licensed healthcare practitioners participating as Referral Partners are solely responsible for confirming that participation complies with their professional ethics rules and state licensing requirements, and for any disclosure obligations that apply to them. Resonance Health Hub LLC does not provide compensation in exchange for clinical referrals subject to the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, or analogous state laws; the iCare bundle is a cash-pay wellness product not billable to Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal healthcare program.

Direct sales — CustomCare and HoweRT Micro-Sport

Resonance Health Hub LLC also sells CustomCare devices (sourced from Precision Distributing, the FSM Sports / McMakin distributor) and HoweRT Micro-Sport devices to qualifying clients through professional channels. These are direct sales, not affiliate relationships — Resonance Health Hub LLC purchases units at wholesale and sells them at retail, earning a margin on each transaction. No prices for these devices are listed publicly on this website; pricing and access pathway are shared during inquiry. Both device categories require practitioner involvement for clinical use.

Resonance Health Hub LLC does not currently operate a Referral Partner Program for CustomCare or HoweRT Micro-Sport devices. If a referral compensation structure is added in the future, this disclosure will be updated accordingly. Until then, no third party earns a commission or referral fee on the sale of these devices.

Our editorial standards

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, evidence assessments, or device recommendations. We only describe products we believe are relevant and useful for the audiences we serve. All health claims are labeled with evidence tier ratings regardless of whether a product generates affiliate revenue. Negative information — including contraindications, evidence limitations, and regulatory status — is published for all devices including affiliate products.

If you have questions about any specific relationship or compensation arrangement, contact us at max@resonancehealthhub.com.

4. Evidence Philosophy & Tier Framework

Resonance Health Hub LLC is committed to accurate, transparent representation of the scientific and clinical evidence base for every modality and device discussed on this website. We use a four-tier evidence labeling system throughout our content so that readers can understand the strength and maturity of the research behind any claim we present.

Evidence tier definitions

TierWhat it means
Tier 1 — EstablishedStrong, replicated evidence. Multiple peer-reviewed studies, systematic reviews, or FDA clearance for specific indications. Example: PEMF for bone healing (FDA-cleared since 1979).
Tier 2 — EmergingGrowing evidence base. Multiple peer-reviewed studies with generally consistent findings, though replication may be limited. Widely used clinically. Example: microcurrent for pain and wound healing.
Tier 3 — Mechanistic / ObservationalPlausible mechanism supported by basic science, animal studies, or observational clinical data. Controlled human trials limited or not yet published. Example: FSM frequency delivery via PEMF.
Tier 4 — Theoretical / EarlyHypothesis-stage. Mechanistic theory proposed; human clinical data sparse or preliminary. We present this category transparently and do not make clinical claims. Example: water memory theory, structured water hexagonal organization.

Evidence tiers are assigned based on our review of the published literature at the time of writing. They are not intended to constitute a formal systematic review. We update tier assignments when new significant evidence is published. The Research & Evidence Library (/research) contains citations and plain-language summaries for each modality.

Citing a study on this website does not imply endorsement of that study’s conclusions, nor does it imply that the study’s findings apply to any specific individual. Individual results from wellness approaches vary significantly based on health status, adherence, and many other factors.

When We disclose personal information for a business purpose or a commercial purpose, We enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may share, and have shared in the last twelve (12) months, Your personal information identified in the above categories with the following categories of third parties:

  • Service Providers
  • Our affiliates
  • Our business partners
  • Third party vendors to whom You or Your agents authorize Us to disclose Your personal information in connection with products or services We provide to You

Sale of Personal Information

As defined in the CCPA/CPRA, “sell” and “sale” mean selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a Consumer’s personal information by the Business to a third party for valuable consideration. This means that We may have received some kind of benefit in return for sharing personal information, but not necessarily a monetary benefit.

We do not sell personal information as the term sell is commonly understood. We do allow Service Providers to use Your personal information for the business purposes described in Our Privacy Policy, for activities such as advertising, marketing, and analytics, and these may be deemed a sale under CCPA/CPRA.

We may sell and may have sold in the last twelve (12) months the following categories of personal information:

  • Category A: Identifiers
  • Category B: Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e))
  • Category F: Internet or other similar network activity

Please note that the categories listed above are those defined in the CCPA/CPRA. This does not mean that all examples of that category of personal information were in fact sold, but reflects our good faith belief to the best of Our knowledge that some of that information from the applicable category may be and may have been shared for value in return.

Sale of Personal Information of Minors Under 16 Years of Age

We do not sell the personal information of Consumers We actually know are less than 16 years of age, unless We receive affirmative authorization (the “right to opt-in”) from either the Consumer who is between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a Consumer less than 13 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to the sale of personal information may opt-out of future sales at any time. To exercise the right to opt-out, You (or Your authorized representative) may submit a request to Us by contacting Us.

If You have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 (or 16) has provided Us with personal information, please contact Us with sufficient detail to enable Us to delete that information.

Once We receive and confirm Your request, We will delete (and direct Our Service Providers to delete) Your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. We may deny Your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for Us or Our Service Providers to:
    • Complete the transaction for which We collected the personal information, provide a good or service that You requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with You, or otherwise perform our contract with You.
    • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.

    • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if You previously provided informed consent.
    • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on Your relationship with Us.
    • Comply with a legal obligation.
    • Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which You provided it.
  • The right not to be discriminated against. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of Your consumer’s rights, including by:
    • Denying goods or services to You
    • Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties
    • Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to You
    • Suggesting that You will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services
