A curated library of ten wellness-oriented frequency programs for the iCare platform

Home › Foundational Frequencies
Protocol Library

A curated library of ten wellness-oriented frequency programs, built to support the biological pillars of baseline wellness across cellular, circulatory, structural, autonomic, detoxification, digestive, immune, and sleep systems.

How this library is organized

The Foundational library is built in two parts. The sequenced Foundations give your body the baseline support every wellness picture needs — run in order during a starting phase, then stepped back to a maintenance cadence as the work integrates. The targeted programs let you personalize your support based on what your body is asking for right now — seasonal immune challenges, sleep that needs attention, a digestive picture you’re actively working on, or autonomic patterns that need extra support.

Every iCare order through Resonance Health Hub comes pre-loaded with this full library at onboarding. Any goal-specific or condition-specific programming beyond the Foundational set is handled through a separate clinical consultation with Max under supervision of DocereVita’s clinical team.

Set 01 · Sequenced Foundations

The baseline sequence

Five programs run in order during a starting phase. They build across cellular, circulatory, structural, autonomic, and detoxification pillars — the non-negotiable systems every body needs supported.

01

Foundation: Cellular Adaptation

“From stress to stability.”

Duration 1:50 Entry program Cellular · nervous system

Why this program exists in the library

This program is designed to be the entry point into the Foundational series. It helps the body settle into a more receptive and adaptable state, creating a foundation that supports the programs that follow. Users starting the Foundational set often arrive with a nervous system biased toward activation, which can limit how well the body responds to any subsequent frequency-based wellness input. This program addresses that baseline first, so later programs in the series can work with a body that is already in a more settled starting state.

What the program is designed to support

This program is designed to support the body’s transition out of a heightened stress state and into a more balanced, adaptable condition. It begins by supporting key systems involved in stress response and regulation — including the nervous system, heart, gut, and brain — helping to promote a sense of ease and internal stability. From there, the program focuses on supporting overall cellular energy and communication, encouraging more efficient function across the body.

As the session progresses, the program expands to support circulation, connective tissues, and broader body systems — promoting relaxation, balance, and a more coherent internal environment. By supporting the body’s shift into a more receptive and regulated state, this program is designed to set the stage for subsequent protocols to feel more integrated as part of a consistent wellness routine.

What it targets

  • Stress-response and autonomic regulation at a baseline level
  • Cellular energy support and intracellular communication
  • Circulation, connective tissue, and broader systems-level support
  • A more receptive and adaptable starting state for the rest of the Foundational series

How to use it

Five times per week to daily for the first two weeks, then 2–3 times per week for the following two weeks, then 1–2 times per week for ongoing maintenance. Best run as the first program in the Foundational series, establishing a baseline before layering in the other programs. Typically used in the evening or overnight, though any time of day is appropriate.

02

Foundation: Circulatory + Cellular Support

“Flow, oxygenation, and vitality — working together.”

Duration 2:00 Vascular · mitochondrial Daytime or overnight

Why this program exists in the library

After Foundation: Cellular Adaptation has helped the body settle into a more receptive state, this program builds on that foundation by supporting circulation, oxygen flow, and cellular energy. Circulation is one of the most common areas where the body’s adaptive capacity shows up or breaks down — a nervous system that has shifted out of sympathetic dominance is better able to support healthy blood flow, and tissues that receive consistent oxygen and nutrient delivery respond more coherently to other forms of wellness support. This program addresses that middle layer of the Foundational series.

What the program is designed to support

This program is designed to support healthy circulation and overall vitality by helping the body move from tension into a more balanced, relaxed state that supports efficient blood flow. It opens by promoting a sense of calm within the mind and body, which can support more efficient circulatory function at a whole-system level. From there, the program focuses on supporting smooth, balanced circulation throughout arteries, capillaries, and veins — supporting oxygen delivery and fluid movement across tissues.

Additional support is directed toward key regulatory centers, including areas of the brain involved in automatic functions like breathing and circulation. By supporting balance in these systems, the body is better able to maintain steady oxygenation and internal rhythm. As the session progresses, the program emphasizes vitality and energy across the circulatory network, while also supporting the body’s natural energy production processes — helping promote a sense of sustained energy, improved flow, and overall system coherence.

What it targets

  • Arterial, venous, and capillary circulation at a whole-system level
  • Oxygen delivery and fluid movement across tissues
  • Regulatory centers in the brain involved in autonomic circulatory function
  • Cellular energy production and mitochondrial support

How to use it

Five times per week to daily for the first two weeks, then 2–3 times per week for the following two weeks, then 1–2 times per week for ongoing maintenance. Typically run as the second program in the Foundational sequence, after the body has begun to settle into a more adaptable state through Foundation: Cellular Adaptation. Well-suited for overnight delivery due to its two-hour duration, though daytime use is also appropriate.

03

Foundation: Structural Flow + Vitality

“From coherence to vitality — rebuilding the body’s structural flow.”

Duration 1:11 Fascia · lymph · vascular Connective tissue

Why this program exists in the library

Once the body is more balanced and circulation is supported, this program focuses on integrating that progress into the structural and fluid systems — fascia, lymph, and the vascular network. The connective tissue matrix is among the most responsive tissues to frequency-based input in clinical FSM practice, and restoring coherence across fascia, lymphatic flow, and vascular integrity is what lets the adaptive gains from the first two programs become durable. This program is designed to integrate the foundational work rather than add a new direction.

What the program is designed to support

This program is designed to support the body’s structural and fluid systems by supporting flow through fascia, lymphatics, and the vascular network while supporting balance and coherence within connective tissues. It opens by introducing grounding frequencies to help support regulation and stability in the body’s internal environment, followed by targeted support for calming irritation, reducing accumulated tension, and supporting alignment within fascia and surrounding tissues.

As the system becomes more organized, the program shifts toward supporting vitality — addressing circulation, hydration, and functional integrity across arteries, veins, capillaries, lymphatics, and collagen networks. The final phase reinforces this state by supporting signaling associated with tissue repair, resilience, and functional integrity.

What it targets

  • Fascia, lymphatic flow, and vascular integrity as an integrated network
  • Connective tissue coherence and structural alignment
  • Hydration and fluid-movement support across tissues
  • Tissue repair and resilience signaling for integration of the Foundational series

How to use it

Five times per week to daily for the first two weeks, then 2–3 times per week for the following two weeks, then 1–2 times per week for ongoing maintenance. Typically the third program in the Foundational sequence, after the body has established baseline adaptability (Foundation: Cellular Adaptation) and circulatory support (Foundation: Circulatory + Cellular Support). Can be run at any time of day; often paired with a gentle stretching or restorative practice due to its structural and connective tissue emphasis.

04

Vagus + Mind-Body Calming

“Daily support for brain, emotions, and nervous system tension.”

Duration 1:00 Brain · vagus · emotional Daily during starting phase

Why this program exists in the library

Programs 01–03 work on cellular, circulatory, and structural foundations — but many users carry a distinct pattern of activation that sits specifically in the brain, emotional-processing circuits, and sympathetic nervous system. This program is designed for that pattern. It is intended for daily use during a starting phase (often the first two to four weeks) and then a 2–3 times per week maintenance cadence once the nervous system has begun to settle into a more regulated baseline.

What the program is designed to support

This program is designed to support the nervous system’s capacity to release accumulated tension held in the brain, emotional processing circuits, and sympathetic activation pathways. It opens with frequency pairs traditionally used in FSM for calming brain activation and reducing nervous-system overactivation, establishing an initial shift toward a more settled state before layering in work on emotional tension and sympathetic down-regulation.

From there, the program focuses on supporting the vagus nerve — the central communication pathway between the brainstem and the heart, gut, and immune system — helping the body access its own parasympathetic regulatory capacity rather than forcing relaxation from the outside. Frequency pairs oriented toward reducing sympathetic dominance are woven through the middle of the session, encouraging the shift out of fight-or-flight patterning that often persists even after the originating stressor has passed.

The closing phase integrates these themes by supporting coherence between the brain, heart, and autonomic nervous system — encouraging the body to consolidate the settling rather than bouncing back into an activated pattern shortly after the session ends. Over a consistent daily practice, this program is designed to support a nervous system that becomes more able to find its own calm, rather than one that requires repeated intervention to get there.

What it targets

  • Brain calming and reduction of nervous-system overactivation
  • Emotional tension release and sympathetic down-regulation
  • Vagus nerve support and parasympathetic access
  • Heart-brain-autonomic coherence for post-session consolidation

How to use it

Daily for the first two to four weeks, typically in the evening or during a wind-down window. Transition to 2–3 times per week for ongoing maintenance once a more settled baseline is established. Can be layered with Foundation: Parasympathetic Vitality + Vagus Support for long-arc autonomic support, or with Nervous System Balancing (ANS) for short-session rebalancing as needed.

05

Foundation: Detoxification Organ Support

“Supporting the body’s primary routes for processing and clearing — kidney, liver, and gallbladder.”

Duration 1:07 Kidney · liver · gallbladder Multi-dimensional organ support

Why this program exists in the library

The earlier programs in the Foundational series support cellular, circulatory, structural, and autonomic systems — but none of them specifically address the body’s primary routes for processing and clearing metabolic byproducts. This program rounds out the Foundational set by focusing on the three organs most central to the body’s own detoxification pathways: the kidney, liver, and gallbladder. Rather than introducing an external “detox” or cleanse, this program is designed to support the organs the body already uses for that function, working across multiple dimensions — physical tissue support, emotional pattern release, autonomic signaling, and inflammatory quieting — in a single sequenced session.

What the program is designed to support

This program is designed to support the kidney, liver, and gallbladder through a sequenced arc that addresses each organ across multiple physiological and energetic layers. It opens with frequency pairs traditionally used in FSM for calming held cellular memory patterns in the organ tissues — addressing the microtubule-level imprinting that can accumulate in organs over time from repeated stress, exposure, or unprocessed experience.

From there, the program shifts to supporting emotional balance in relation to each organ, drawing on the traditional mind-body associations between specific organs and specific emotional patterns that appear across many functional-medicine frameworks. Next, frequency pairs are applied to support balanced brain-to-organ signaling, helping normalize the autonomic and neurological communication between the central nervous system and the detoxification organs.

The middle section moves into structural and functional support. Frequency pairs oriented toward calming bleeding-pattern signaling in the organ tissues are applied first, followed by signatures associated with tissue repair and functional restoration. The program then shifts to supporting the body’s own processes for clearing metabolic byproducts from the organs, followed by frequency pairs traditionally described as “rebooting” organ function — resetting the organs’ baseline signaling patterns toward a more balanced state.

The closing phases address three additional patterns commonly observed in organ tissues over time: calming allergen-response patterns specifically as they show up in the organs, supporting reduction of fibrotic or thickened tissue patterns, and calming fluid-accumulation and skin-eruption patterns associated with the organs. The final sequence applies broad anti-inflammatory signaling to the organ tissues, with specific emphasis on supporting the body’s response to the kinds of low-grade chronic inflammatory patterns that can quietly limit organ function over time.

Across the full sequence, the program is designed to support the kidney, liver, and gallbladder as integrated organs with physical, energetic, neurological, and inflammatory dimensions — rather than treating detoxification support as purely a clearance function.

What it targets

  • Calming cellular memory patterns held in kidney, liver, and gallbladder tissues
  • Emotional balance in relation to each organ’s traditional mind-body associations
  • Brain-to-organ autonomic and neurological signaling
  • Calming bleeding-pattern signaling in organ tissues
  • Tissue repair and functional restoration support
  • Support for the body’s own processes for clearing metabolic byproducts
  • Baseline signaling reset for organ function
  • Calming allergen-response patterns specific to the organs
  • Supporting reduction of fibrotic or thickened tissue patterns
  • Calming fluid-accumulation and skin-eruption patterns associated with the organs
  • Broad anti-inflammatory signaling with emphasis on chronic low-grade inflammation

How to use it

Five times per week to daily for the first two weeks, then 2–3 times per week for the following two weeks, then 1–2 times per week for ongoing maintenance. Typically run as part of the sequenced Foundational set, after the autonomic, circulatory, and structural programs have established a baseline of systemic regulation. Well-suited for use during seasonal transitions, after periods of elevated dietary or environmental exposure, or as part of a longer-arc wellness practice oriented around supporting the body’s own clearing and processing capacities. Can be run at any time of day; often used during periods of adequate hydration since the kidney’s clearance function depends on sustained fluid intake. Generally not run during acute illness or fever — the program is designed for baseline support rather than acute intervention.

06

Foundation: Gut + Digestive Support

“Supporting the digestive terrain — from esophagus to colon.”

Duration 0:49 Small intestine · colon emphasis Flexible cadence

Why this program exists in the library

The Foundational series supports cellular, circulatory, structural, autonomic, and detoxification pillars of baseline wellness — and while Foundation: Detoxification Organ Support addresses the kidney, liver, and gallbladder, the digestive tract itself has no dedicated program. This is a significant gap, since the gut is where most of the body’s immune activity takes place, where the enteric nervous system holds its own regulatory intelligence, and where the terrain most directly shaped by food, stress, and environment lives day to day. This program is designed to fill that gap, with focused support across the full length of the digestive tract — esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, and the GI system as a whole — and particular emphasis on the small intestine and colon, where a larger share of the body’s digestive and immune work concentrates.

What the program is designed to support

This program is designed to support the digestive tract through a sequenced arc that addresses the GI system as a whole before narrowing attention to the areas that carry the largest share of digestive function. It opens by introducing grounding frequency signatures — often described in frequency-based wellness work as the earth’s resonance — across the digestive tract, supporting a baseline of regulation and stability before layering in more specific work. These grounding signatures are applied across the small intestine, colon, overall GI system, esophagus, and stomach, giving each segment of the tract a foundation of coherent signaling before the program moves into more focused support.

From there, the program concentrates on the small intestine and colon, where most of the program’s therapeutic signaling is directed. This focused section works across multiple layers: calming held trauma patterns in the tissues, supporting a reset of baseline signaling across the gut, calming allergen-response patterns that can arise in the digestive tract, calming chronic inflammation and supporting the body’s response to long-standing inflammatory signaling, and supporting tissue repair and functional restoration in the gut lining and surrounding tissues.

The closing phases of the small-intestine-and-colon work support vitality and energy within the gut tissues themselves, and support signaling associated with DNA-level repair in the cells that line and populate the digestive tract. The gut lining turns over rapidly — cells are replaced on a scale of days rather than years — which makes DNA repair signaling and tissue vitality particularly relevant to how well the gut can maintain its own structural integrity over time.

Across the full sequence, the program is designed to support the digestive terrain as an integrated system — one that spans mechanical, immune, neurological, and cellular functions in the same tissue — rather than treating gut support as a single-target intervention.

What it targets

  • Grounding frequency signatures across esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, and the GI system as a whole
  • Calming held trauma patterns in the small intestine and colon
  • Baseline signaling reset for small intestine and colon function
  • Calming allergen-response patterns in the digestive tract
  • Calming chronic inflammation in small intestine and colon tissues
  • Tissue repair and functional restoration support for the gut lining
  • Vitality and energy support for small intestine and colon tissues
  • DNA-level repair signaling for gut cell turnover

How to use it

Two to three times per week for ongoing digestive terrain support, or more frequently — up to daily — when digestive health is a top priority within your broader wellness picture. Well-suited for use alongside dietary, hydration, or lifestyle changes that are already part of a digestive-support effort, and often run as a layered pair with Foundation: Detoxification Organ Support when both the gut terrain and the clearing infrastructure are being addressed together. Can be run at any time of day; some users find benefit from running it in the evening to align with the body’s natural digestive-repair windows during sleep. The 49-minute duration makes it practical for daytime use between meals as well. Generally not run during acute digestive illness or fever — this program is designed for baseline gut-terrain support rather than acute symptom management.

07

Foundation: Immune Resilience

“Preventive immune support — calming the brain and balancing the immune response.”

Duration 1:10 Thymus emphasis Seasonal / situational

Why this program exists in the library

The Foundational series supports cellular, circulatory, structural, autonomic, and detoxification pillars of baseline wellness — and this program adds dedicated immune support oriented toward resilience rather than acute response. Many users encounter frequency-based immune support only during illness, which misses the larger opportunity: building a regulated immune baseline during wellness windows, so the body has more resourced capacity when it encounters a real challenge. This program is designed for that preventive role — a program users run consistently during a starting phase to support a more balanced immune baseline, rather than something reached for only during active symptoms.

The brain-calming work in this program is more targeted than the broader brain emphasis in Vagus + Mind-Body Calming. Where that program addresses brain activation as part of an autonomic pattern, this program calms the brain specifically because stress signaling from the brain directly modulates immune function through the HPA axis and sympathetic innervation of immune tissues. Calming the brain here is an immune-support strategy rather than a general regulation strategy.

What the program is designed to support

This program is designed to support immune system balance through two coordinated emphases: calming signaling from the brain that can drive immune overactivation or suppression, and supporting balanced function across the immune system itself, with specific attention to the thymus gland. It opens with frequency pairs traditionally used in FSM for calming brain activation, with the specific aim of reducing the stress-axis signaling that can push the immune response toward patterns of chronic overactivation or under-response.

From there, the program shifts to working directly on the immune system’s regulatory architecture. Frequency pairs oriented toward supporting balanced communication between the brain and immune system are applied, followed by work aimed at supporting balanced immune function more broadly — moving the immune response toward a more regulated baseline rather than amplifying or suppressing it.

The closing phase focuses on the thymus gland — the central organ of immune cell maturation, and a tissue that is often underaddressed in immune-support work despite its foundational role in how the immune system develops its regulatory capacity. Frequency pairs oriented toward supporting thymus function are applied here, bringing together the brain-calming and immune-balancing work of the earlier phases into support for the gland where much of the immune system’s long-term training and regulation actually happens.

What it targets

  • Calming brain-based stress signaling that modulates immune function
  • Balanced brain-to-immune-system communication via the HPA axis
  • Balanced immune system function at a regulatory level
  • Thymus gland support as the central tissue of immune cell maturation

How to use it

Three to five times per week during seasonal transitions or when the body needs extra immune support — for example during periods of elevated stress, when illness is circulating in the workplace or in schools, or when travel or environmental changes raise the likelihood of immune challenge. Outside of these windows, the program can be run as desired for ongoing preventive support rather than on a fixed schedule. Can be run at any time of day; often used in the evening or overnight for passive delivery. Generally not used during acute illness or fever — this program is designed for baseline immune regulation and preventive support rather than acute immune activation.

08

Foundation: Sleep + Pituitary Restoration

“Deep rest — bringing calm and vitality to the brain, organs, and central regulating gland.”

Duration 0:59 Pituitary focus Evening / overnight

Why this program exists in the library

Sleep is the physiological window in which the body does most of its repair, consolidation, and clearing — and yet it is often the single most compromised area in a modern wellness picture. This program is designed to support sleep quality and depth across multiple dimensions simultaneously: calming the brain, bringing emotional balance to the body’s organ systems, calming the immune system, supporting vagal vitality, and — distinctively — addressing the pituitary gland as the central hormonal regulator that coordinates much of what happens during sleep. Where other programs in the library touch sleep-adjacent systems (the autonomic programs support parasympathetic dominance that makes sleep possible), this program is designed specifically around the biological work that happens once the body is already in a sleep-oriented state.

Among the programs that touch brain calming, this one is oriented specifically toward the brain’s transition into and through the sleep window — a distinct clinical job from Vagus + Mind-Body Calming (which supports daytime brain-and-emotion tension) or Foundation: Immune Resilience (which calms the brain specifically to support immune regulation).

What the program is designed to support

This program is designed to support restorative sleep by working across several interconnected systems that determine sleep quality at a physiological level. It opens by supporting emotional balance and calm across the brain — moving the brain toward the settled state that allows sleep to begin — and extends that emotional-balance work into the body’s major organ systems, recognizing that held patterns in the organs can quietly disrupt sleep depth even when the brain has begun to settle.

From there, the program shifts to calming the immune system, an often-underappreciated factor in sleep disruption. Inflammatory signaling and immune activation can elevate nighttime physiological arousal and limit the body’s ability to enter and sustain deeper sleep stages. By supporting a quieter immune baseline during the sleep window, this section of the program is designed to support uninterrupted rest.

The middle phase brings vitality support to the vagus nerve — the primary parasympathetic channel that regulates heart rate, breathing depth, and visceral signaling during sleep. A well-resourced vagus nerve supports the kind of deep parasympathetic dominance that makes truly restorative sleep possible.

The closing phases focus on the pituitary gland — the central endocrine regulator that coordinates hormone release during sleep, including the signaling cascades involved in repair, growth, and circadian regulation. The pituitary work begins with supporting emotional balance in relation to the gland, followed by calming any held trauma patterns in the tissue. The program then addresses allergen-response patterns that can involve the pituitary, and supports a reset of the gland’s baseline signaling. The final sequence supports vitality and secretory function of the pituitary — the active output side of the gland’s role in sleep-related hormonal regulation.

Across the full arc, the program is designed to support the body’s capacity for deep, restorative sleep by addressing the multiple physiological layers that determine how well the sleep window actually delivers on its restorative potential.

What it targets

  • Emotional balance and calm in the brain to support sleep onset
  • Emotional balance across the body’s major organ systems during the sleep window
  • Calming immune system activation that can disrupt sleep depth
  • Vitality support for the vagus nerve and parasympathetic regulation during sleep
  • Emotional balance in relation to the pituitary gland
  • Calming held trauma patterns in the pituitary tissue
  • Calming allergen-response patterns involving the pituitary
  • Baseline signaling reset for pituitary function
  • Vitality and secretory function support for the pituitary gland

How to use it

Used as a targeted sleep-support program when sleep quality is a focus of your wellness work. A typical starting pattern is nightly for two to four weeks during an active sleep-support phase, then tapered to 2–3 times per week or as-needed for ongoing maintenance. Designed for use in the evening or overnight — the pituitary and sleep-architecture work aligns with the body’s own sleep window.

09

Foundation: Parasympathetic Vitality + Vagus Support

“Supporting the parasympathetic branch — the body’s rest, repair, and recovery signaling.”

Duration 0:48 Trauma · allergy · vitality As-needed after starting phase

Why this program exists in the library

While the first three programs in the sequence build a broad foundation across cellular, circulatory, and structural systems, this program is designed to work specifically on the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system — the rest, repair, and recovery side of the autonomic balance. It addresses patterns that can keep the parasympathetic side from functioning optimally, including accumulated nervous-system trauma, allergy-related overactivation, and a general loss of vitality in the rest-and-repair circuits. Where the other programs in the library work on broader autonomic balance, this program is designed to support the parasympathetic side specifically and to support vagus nerve function at the level of vitality and resourcing rather than general regulation.

What the program is designed to support

This program is designed to support the parasympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system, with three primary areas of emphasis: calming accumulated nervous-system trauma, supporting the body’s response to allergen exposure, and restoring vitality to the parasympathetic and vagal circuits. It opens with frequency pairs traditionally used in FSM for calming trauma patterns held within the parasympathetic nervous system — a pattern that can persist long after the originating event and can quietly limit the body’s overall regulatory capacity.

The middle phase shifts emphasis to the allergic response — a pattern that typically involves parasympathetic and immune-system signaling working together in ways that can become dysregulated over time. Frequency pairs oriented toward supporting more balanced allergen-response signaling are applied here, with the aim of supporting the parasympathetic side of that response specifically.

The closing phase focuses on supporting vitality and energy within the parasympathetic branch and vagus nerve — often an underaddressed area in nervous-system work, where attention tends to focus on calming sympathetic activation rather than on actively supporting parasympathetic function. This portion of the program uses frequency pairs associated with energy and vitality support, applied to the rest-and-repair side of the autonomic balance. Over consistent use, the program is designed to support a parasympathetic branch that is calmer in its held patterns, more balanced in its allergen-response signaling, and more resourced in its overall function.

What it targets

  • Calming held trauma patterns within the parasympathetic nervous system
  • Supporting balanced parasympathetic signaling during allergen response
  • Vitality and energy support for the parasympathetic branch
  • Vagus nerve support at the level of function and resourcing

How to use it

Three to four times per week during a starting phase, then on an as-needed basis for targeted parasympathetic and vagus support. The 48-minute duration makes it a flexible middle-ground option — long enough to do meaningful work across the three target areas, but short enough to fit into a daytime session or a pre-bed window when a longer program isn’t practical. Well-suited for use during high-allergen seasons, after a period of accumulated stress or illness recovery, or whenever the parasympathetic side of the autonomic balance feels under-resourced rather than simply activated-against. Typically used in the evening or overnight, though any time of day is appropriate. Not intended as a daily sequenced program within the Foundational baseline set — this program sits alongside the main sequence as a targeted option rather than within it.

Nervous System Balancing (ANS)

“Short-session support for autonomic rebalancing.”

Duration 0:30 Peripheral nerve · cord Short-session

Why this program exists in the library

The other autonomic-family programs in the library run between one and two hours — which is ideal for overnight passive delivery but not always practical for daytime use or for users who need a shorter session at a specific moment. This program is designed to fill that gap: a 30-minute option that delivers targeted autonomic support when a longer session is not feasible. It is also oriented toward two clinical targets that the other programs in the set do not emphasize directly — peripheral nerve irritation and spinal cord signal quieting.

What the program is designed to support

This program is designed to support balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the autonomic nervous system, with a particular emphasis on calming irritation in peripheral nerves and quieting inflammatory signaling in the spinal cord and its associated structures. It opens with frequency pairs oriented toward balancing sympathetic and parasympathetic tone, moving the body toward a more neutral autonomic state before layering in work on peripheral nerve irritation — a pattern that frequently accompanies chronic stress, overuse, or post-injury recovery.

The middle phase focuses on the spinal cord and its components, including the surrounding connective tissues and signaling pathways that relay information between the peripheral nerves and the brain. Frequency pairs traditionally used in FSM for quieting inflammation and nerve-trauma patterns are applied here, with the aim of reducing the background “noise” that can keep the nervous system in a mildly activated state without a clear cause.

The closing phase supports vagus nerve activation and the return to parasympathetic dominance — ensuring that the autonomic rebalancing work from earlier in the session is anchored in the rest-and-repair state rather than leaving the body in a neutral but unsettled position. Because of its short duration and broad autonomic reach, this program is well-suited to daily use during a starting phase, with a transition to 2–3 times per week for ongoing maintenance once the nervous system baseline has stabilized.

What it targets

  • Sympathetic and parasympathetic balance (core autonomic rebalancing)
  • Peripheral nerve calming and irritation reduction
  • Spinal cord and associated connective-tissue signal quieting
  • Vagus nerve activation and parasympathetic anchoring

How to use it

Daily for the first two to four weeks, any time of day — the 30-minute duration makes it practical during a work break, before a meal, or as a pre-bed option when a longer session isn’t practical. Transition to 2–3 times per week for ongoing maintenance. Pairs well with any of the longer Foundation programs; particularly useful as a daytime companion to overnight Foundation: Parasympathetic Vitality + Vagus Support.

How to use the library as a whole

The most common starting pattern is to run the five sequenced Foundations (Programs 01–05) in order during the first few weeks with an iCare. One of the biggest advantages of the iCare platform is that all five programs can be grouped together in the app and run as a single continuous sequence overnight — letting the body cycle through cellular, circulatory, structural, autonomic, and detoxification support while you sleep. Most users set this up during onboarding and run it nightly during the starting phase, which establishes a full baseline of foundational support over the first four to six weeks without requiring any active session time during the day.

Once that baseline is in place, the targeted programs (Programs 06–10) get layered in based on what your body is asking for. If sleep is disrupted, run Sleep + Pituitary Restoration during that phase. If it’s allergy season or illness is circulating, bring in Immune Resilience or Parasympathetic Vitality + Vagus Support. If digestive work is the focus, Gut + Digestive Support comes in. If a full program isn’t practical on a given day, Nervous System Balancing (ANS) provides a short-session option for autonomic support.
