Research & Evidence Library

Every peer-reviewed citation across the site, organized by modality with evidence tier labels

Home › Research & Evidence Library

A consolidated annotated bibliography of every peer-reviewed source cited across Resonance Health Hub. Organized by modality. Evidence tier labeled throughout.

This library collects every peer-reviewed citation referenced across the Resonance Health Hub site and organizes them by modality so readers can go directly to source material. Each entry includes the full reference, a one-sentence plain-language summary of the finding, an evidence tier label, and a direct link to PubMed, the DOI, or Cochrane where available.

The Resonance Health Hub evidence framework uses four tiers, from Tier 1 (established) to Tier 4 (theoretical). Tier labels appear on every health claim across the site so readers can weigh the strength of the underlying research. The full framework, including inclusion criteria and scoring methodology, is available on the Legal & Evidence Standards page.

Evidence Tier Framework
Tier 1 · EstablishedSystematic reviews, meta-analyses, replicated RCTs, accepted mechanisms.
Tier 2 · SupportedMultiple controlled trials, consistent findings, recognized clinical use.
Tier 3 · EmergingPilot studies, small RCTs, mechanistic plausibility, limited replication.
Tier 4 · TheoreticalProposed mechanisms, early in vitro or animal data, no human clinical trials.

Tiers reflect the current strength of published evidence, not clinical certainty. Some modalities include citations across multiple tiers. For the full framework and inclusion criteria, see the evidence standards page.
